Hi! I hope you guys have been doing well. Lately, I’ve been on a roll with scheduling these 2015 award/tag posts, haven’t I (once a week due to Joey‘s suggestion)? I’m pretty proud of myself actually. Anyway, this Saturday it’s the Beautiful Blogger Award. I was nominated by Alex at Alextheshadowgirl, Erika at Erika in Bookventureland, Nicay at The Nerdy Side of a Queen, Giovanna at Book Coma, Shealea at The Bookshelf Bitch, Yasmin and Paige at The Wild Readers. Note: This is a 2015 award, meaning I was first nominated in 2015. I’m just trying to go through all the awards and tags from my 2015 queue. But I am an tag/award free blog in that I won’t be doing any more tags/awards after I go through the 2015 drafts. Sorry for the confusion!

I’m honestly not sure who has or hasn’t done this around the blogosphere. Some of these bloggers may have already received and posted their post for this award, but I’m just going to add my vote the hat. These girls have really deserved it; they’re beautiful inside and out. They’ve been really kind and supportive towards me and my blog. I’m so glad I was able to meet them!

    One of my missions for this next month is to blitz through the list of tags I need to complete.
    Attack of the Titans has been on my radar for a while now and it’s at the top of my anime/manga pile. Pride and Prejudice will always be a favourite of mine; no matter how many times I watch it I always swoon. 😀

      You’re very welcome, Lois! You really deserve it. ❤ And oh my gosh, watch Attack on Titan, please. It’s pretty awesome. And Pride and Prejudice the movie (and BBC series) is a popular favorite for good reason. Are you going to watch Pride and Prejudice and Zombies? I’m seriously contemplating going to see it. XD

    Thanks for the tag Summer! Hooray to Studio Ghibli films! I personally love Spirited Away, Kiki’s Delivery Service, and Grave of the Fireflies (the pain…).

    I’m so excited for season 2 of Attack on Titan!!! Aaah!! The first was such a cliffhanger and this anime is just great for binge-watching xD

      I still haven’t watched Kiki even though I know it’s a huge Ghibli classic. I remember back in the early 2000s I would see the trailer for it in all the Disney movies I watched then. And YESSS. We’ll definitely have to watch season 2 together! 😉

    Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away are my top favourite Studio Ghibli movies too! Whispers of the Heart takes the third slot, but Princess Mononoke is also up there for me 🙂 It also holds a special place in my heart because it was my first Studio Ghibli movie that I’ve ever watched ❤

      I think I would have chose Whispers of the Heart in fourth place. I adore the storyline for that one (honestly I love all of them so much; I’m such a ghibler). I was pretty late in joining the Studio Ghibli fandom though. I actually didn’t see my first one (Spirited Away) until I was in high school! :3

    omg omg omg. DO I SEE STUDIO GHIBLI ON HERE?! pops head round corner Hi there, fellow ghibler XD I love Howl’s Moving Castle so much, even better than the book, at times. Arrietty, too, and it has the most beautiful imagery. Spirited Away always holds a special place in my heart for being my favourite childhood film (though I suppose watching a girl’s parents get turned into pigs won’t be very, uh, pleasing for a child to watch. But I was weird.) Lovely post ❤

      Thanks so much, Nirvana! And oh my gosh, hurray for both being ghiblers. There’s so much to love about Studio Ghibli films. The character, imaginations, art, etc. I also really love Whispers of the Heart! And I want to see When Marnie Was There soon!

      Oh my gosh, I had no idea you watched Asian historical dramas sometimes. We must talk about that sometime!! I really loved the outfits in Bu Bu Jing Xin and Cecelia Liu has such a beautiful baby face. I can’t believe she and Nicky Wu are now married in real life. So happy a fictional OTP has become a real one. 😀
